It’s Been So Long

Dang. You never realize how out of shape you are until you start playing a cardio-intensive sport again. Went and played ultimate with our ONU Darkside Ultimate Frisbee team last night. I am beat this morning to say the least. And to add to that, ultimate is going to be Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. If I do soccer as well, it is going to be on Monday and Wednesday. So in case you didn’t catch that, on Monday’s I’ll have ultimate at 4:00 pm followed immediately by soccer at 6:00 pm. Then on Wednesday I will have ultimate from 4:00 – 5:00 pm followed again by soccer at 6:00 pm. I’m asking myself, “Should I try to do them both? Is it going to kill me?” Lol. I think I’m going to give both of them a try to see how it goes. At least I’ll be getting whipped into shape pretty quick, which is what I want. 🙂
